Multi-generation Living

Commonwealth crescent have communal spaces such as badminton court, pavilions amphitheater and playground for residents, but it is being separated from blocks to blocks making certain communal areas rarely visited by neighbourhood residents. The matchbox-liked HDBs provide a repetitive pattern in the commonwealth crescent which creates the sense of formality into the site. However, it makes the residents living there to have limited views to look at.
